Q: I’m a Pilates Newbie.. where do I start?

A: Firstly, Welcome! All of our classes have both beginner & intermediate options, so feel free to jump into a class that suits you and just let the instructor know you’re a newbie. If you prefer that slower pace to begin with, join our Social Starter class. 

Q: How do I book a class?

A: We recommend downloading our app ’Social Club Co’ from the App Store, alternatively classes can be booked via our website or MindBody. All classes must be booked in and paid for in advance.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?

A: If you’ve booked a class and need to cancel, we have a generous 6 hour cancellation window. Cancel more than 6 hours before the class start time and you’ll receive your class credit back, cancellations less than this time will forfeit the class. Cancellations must be made via the booking platform only. 

Q: How does the waitlist work?

A: If your preferred class is full, jump on the waitlist. If a spot becomes available more than 6 hours before the class start time, you’ll automatically be added into the class and notified via text/email. If it’s within the 6 hour window, you’ll receive a message confirming you’d like to be added into the class. Only add yourself to the waitlist if you can actually make the class, otherwise cancel out before you go to bed!

Q: Do you sell gift vouchers?

We sure do! Beautifully designed and the perfect gift for that pilates-lover in your life. Purchase online or in-store. To redeem, ask us in studio or flick us an email and we’ll happily help you. 

Q: I’m pregnant, can I still come to classes?

A: Congratulations! If you’ve been cleared to exercise by your doctor, you can absolutely join our group classes. Our highly skilled teachers fully understand the guidelines around exercise during pregnancy. We have wedges to support you during class if you need and can always offer options and alternatives. We also have a ‘Mum’s Club’ class which supports our pre & post natal mummas!

Q: Can I pause my membership?

A: Absolutely! If you’re going on holidays or will be away from the studio for a bit, send us an email and we’ll be able to help you. Just note that we need at least 7 days notice and it must be in weekly increments from your week start date.

Q: What if I want to attend more classes than my membership this week?

A: Alright keen bean! If you feel like attending extra classes, feel free to increase your membership by sending us an email, or attend those extra classes and we’ll do a reconciliation at the end of the week and charge at your average class price. Eg. $24 if you’re on a 2x classes/week membership.
